Highlights of the Tour
01: Trivandrum (Arrival)
On arrival, at the Trivandrum Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative. On arrival at the Trivandrum hotels Kerala, rest for a while. Post lunch set out for a city tour. Visit the Shree Padhmanabhaswamy temple, Ponmudi Hill Station, Technopark, Zoological Park. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
02: Trivandrum - Kovalam
After a comfortable nights rest, enjoy a sumptuous breakfast and drive to Kovalam. After noon leisure at Kovalam beach
03: Kovalam - Varkala Beach
In the morning, after breakfast proceed towards Varkala beach. Check in to the beach resort upon arrival and later, leave for a city sightseeing tour to the age-old Vishnu temple and the meditation centre. Evening - enjoy Kathakali, the world famous dance-drama of Kerala. After dinner, overnight stay at Varkala beach resort.
04: Varkala - Alleppey
Early morning, take a dip in the holy waters at the tranquil Varkala beach that is believed to purge the body of impurities and the soul of all sin. After breakfast, our representative, will drive to Alleppey. On reaching Alleppey check in the backwater resort and later on move out to explore the town and the temples of Alleppey. Savor the authentic Keralite dishes for the dinner. Overnight at the resort.
05: Alleppey - Kayamkulam
After breakfast, check-out of the hotel and proceed for Kayamkulam. After sailing through the scenic backwaters, you will arrive at Kayamkulam. Lunch and dinner on board. Spend the night in the floating backwaters.
06: Kanyamkulam - Changanacherry
The houseboat again starts sailing to Changanacherry. On the way ride, experience the fascinating beauty of Kerala. Enjoy the lively villages and backwaters of Kerala. Meals onboard.
07: Changanacherry Kumarakom
On the 7th day of your Kerala tour, the houseboat sails to Kumarakom. Sailing for three days the houseboat will reach Kumarakom today. Disembark the boat at Kumarakom. Check into the backwater resort. Laze at the resort. Experience a Kerala ayurveda massage. Your exotic Kerala Tour ends with an overnight stay and dinner.
08: Kumarakom
After breakfast, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Truly an oasis for bird lovers. Post lunch; explore the vivacious and vibrant village life. In the evening you can enjoy a Kathakali programme performed by the local artists. Enjoy a delicious dinner and comfortable overnight stay at the resort.
09: Kumarakom - Periyar
On the 9th day of Kerala tour, our tour representative will drive you to Periyar. Upon arrival you will be accommodated at a pre-booked resort at Periyar. Later in the afternoon, explore the Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary, know as Periyar Tiger Reserve. Enjoy an exciting boat cruise on enchanting Periyar Lake and see herds of animals amidst the jungles.
10: Periyar - Munnar
After breakfast, check-out from the resort for further destination. Today, on the 10th day of your Exotic Kerala Holidays, our representative will drive you to Munnar hill. When you reach Munnar check in at Hotel/ Resort and spend the rest of the day at leisure to relieve the exertion of the tiresome journey. After a sumptuous dinner, stay overnight at Munnar hotel.
11: Munnar
After breakfast, spend the day in local sightseeing in Munnar. Visit the spic and tea plantations, Rajamalai, Eco Point, Mattupetty Dam and Lake. Later after Dinner, overnight at the Munnar hotel.
12: Munnar - Cochin
The 11th day of your Kerala tour, our guide will drive you to the Kochi city. On arrival at Kochi, check in to the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Cochin including Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Jew town. Rest of the day free to visit the spice shops in the nearby town. After the long and enlivening experience and shopping return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
13: Cochin (Departure)
Your Exotic Kerala Holidays tour will come to end today. Morning proceed to Cochin airport for your flight back home.
