Highlights of the Tour
01: Cochin - Munnar
You will be received at Cochin International Airport, with all your dreams and expectations of the Kerala backwater tour. Then, you will proceed towards Munnar, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the green vegetation, farmhouses, village people. On arrival, he will directly take you the hotel reserved for you in advance. Relax and get refreshed. Rest of the day free for individual activities.
02: Munnar Hill Station
After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar. The main attraction is its tea and coffee plantations, Mattupetty Lake & Dam, Echo Point, Kundale Lake, Blossom Garden, Rajamalai and the Eravikulam Wildlife sanctuary. Trekkers can go to the Devikulam and Attukal which are best for trekking. Not to miss the tea and cardamom plantations at Pothamedu. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Munnar.
03: Munnar - Kumarakom (175-4 hours)
On the next day morning of your Backwater tour to Kerala, you will be driven to Kumarakom. After reaching to the Kumarakom, we will assist you in transferring on the backwater resort. Afternoon go for a birding tour to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary which is home to rare species of birds. Spot here the frolicking birds. Evening, go for an ayurvedic massage to rejuvenate your body and mind. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel in Kumarakom.
04: Houseboat Cruise
On the day 4 of your, Kerala backwater tour, you will board a houseboat to enjoy your most dreamt backwater cruise in Kerala. If you want to stop for sometime, halt at any place you like, explore the natural wonders. Enjoy a luxurious dining experience whilst cruising the twinkling lakes and amidst the greeneries. Overnight at the houseboat.
05: Houseboat - Cochin - Departure
