Highlights of the Tour
01: Cochin (Kochi)
When you reach the Cochin International Airport, our tour representative will accommodate you at a hotel. After having a delicious lunch at your hotels of Kerala, we will take you to visit the colonial buildings like Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing nets. If you wish you can also visit the Jew Town located at Mattancherry. Evening you can laze at the Marine Drive, the most romantic hang-out of Kochi city. Dinner and night stay at the Kochi Hotel.
02: Cochin - Kumarakom
On the second day of the Kerala Backwater Tour, leave your Kochi hotel and head towards Kumarakom; an enchanting backwater destination in Kerala>. Today just enjoy the Ayurvedic therapy at the resort for mental and physical well being. For dinner, enjoy the taste and flavors of Kerala cuisine at the South Indian restaurant.
03: Kumarakom - Alleppey Houseboat ride
Early morning wildlife viewing and bird watching in the park. Post lunch, you will check into the traditional houseboat for a day and night cruise to Alleppey. Lunch, dinner next day breakfast and tea snacks will be provided in the boat.
04: Alleppey (Alapuzzha)
On the third day of the Kerala Backwater Tour we reach Kerala's backwaters destination at Alleppey. On arrival, our representative will transfer you to a hotel. Lunch follows a city tour of Alapuzzha visiting the local bazaars of Kanyamkulam and Mullakkal. Next you head towards Alapuzzha beach and see the sunset as Alapuzzha beach is famous for its spectacular sunset views. GHIJ representative will offer you a dinner at an Alleppey restaurant. Spend the night at the hotel in Alleppey.
05: Alleppey - Cochin - Departure
Today bid farewell to your Kerala Backwaters Cruise. Later in time, our representative will transfer to the Cochin Airport to connect train/ flight for your onward destination.
