Highlights of the Tour
01: Arrival in Trivandrum -Poovar Island (30 kms)
On your arrival at Trivandrum Airport, GHIJ representative meets you and then drives you to Poovar Island. On reaching Poovar town you board a boat to reach Poovar with our representative. On arrival check in at the hotel. Rest of the day free to relax and enjoy the island.
02: Poovar Island
Enjoy an early morning walk at the serene land. Enjoy sun bath, beach volleyball, sun set watching, swimming, angling and fun activities at the island. You can also experience an ayurvedic massage at the resort. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel Kerala.
03: Poovar Island - Kanyakumari (87 kms-2 hours)
On the day three of your Kerala tour, you will be driven to Kanyakumari. After lunch, make a visit to the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Kanyakumari Temple or the Kumari Amman Temple. Overnight at Kanyakumari.
04: Kannyakumari - Periyar (Thekkady) (340 kms)
After breakfast, drive to Periyar and check in to the hotel. The rest of the time is for your leisure. After a hectic day stay overnight at the hotel in Periyar.
05: Periyar
After breakfast, we drive to Thekkady where the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is located. Later this afternoon, you will visit fascinating Kumily spice markets. After dinner, stay overnight at the Periyar resorts.
06: Periyar - Munnar (106 Kms-02 Hrs)
After your breakfast, you will dive to Munnar, one of the popular hill stations of South India. On arrival Munnar, we will assist you for checking in to the hotel. Rest of the day; just walk past the scenic setting of the resort. Dinner at the hotel.
07: Munnar
Morning drive to Ervikulam National Park. Afternoon, embark on a spice plantation tour. Also visit the Mattupetty Dam and Farm, Eco Point, Ponmudi, Rajamalai etc. Return to the hotel for a sumptuous dinner.
08: Munnar
Enjoy the full day at leisure. Lunch and dinner at the hotel.
09: Munnar - Kumarakom (150 Kms-02 Hrs)
On the 9th day of Kerala Kanyakumari tour, you will proceed towards Kumarakom. Evening enjoy an Ayurvedic massage at the resort. After dinner stay overnight.
10: Kumarakom
Afternoon visit Kumarakom Bird sanctuary known for its spectacular bird life. Evening enjoy a sunshine cruise at the backwaters of Kumarakom. After dinner, head towards the hotel for overnight stay.
11: Kumarakom–Houseboat
Morning at leisure. In the afternoon, you will be taken to a boat jetty to board a houseboat and sail across the serene backwaters of Kumarakom. Dinner, snacks will be served on board.
12: Houseboat - Cochin (85 Kms-02 Hrs)
In the morning after the fruitful breakfast, get off at Alleppey. Thereupon, our representative will showcase you the Alleppey town and temples. Before evening you will drive to Cochin town. In time check into your hotel room. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
13: Cochin sightseeing
Day 13th of your Kerala tour is marked with a sightseeing tour of the city. Make a trip to the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Church of St. Francis, the Bolghatty Palace & the famous Chinese fishing nets. In the evening we will take you to enjoy Kathakali dance show.
14: Cochin - Departure
After your breakfast, pack your luggage's promising to return once again to this fascinating Kerala tour.
