Highlights of the Tour
01: Thiruvananthapuram - Kovalam
The representative of GHIJ will warmly welcome you at the Thiruvananthapuram Airport. Here your Kerala Cultural tour begins. After the arrival, you will head towards Kovalam. Reaching Kovalam, we will bring you directly to your beach hotel. Late afternoon frolic at the Kovalam beach. On your tours to Kerala beaches, you can look forward to water sport activities like swimming, angling, canoeing, sailing and diving and catamaran rides. Later, you will have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.
02: Kovalam - Nearby Sightseeing
The Cultural Kerala Tour begins with your excursion to Kanyakumari by visiting the Padmanabhapuram Palace. The Temples and Vivekananda Memorial of Kanyakumari should not be missed on your Kerala tour itinerary. Later, return back to Kovalam. Evening enjoy cultural program and traditional Kerala cuisine at Beach resort hotel.
03: Kovalam - Sightseeing Tour to Trivandrum
After breakfast you will go for a day sightseeing at Shri Padmanabha Swami Temple, Chitralayam Art Gallery, Napier Museum, Zoological Gardens, Kanakakannu Palace and the Reptile House Observatory. After a typical Kerala lunch at a Trivandrum restaurant, return back to the Kovalam beach resort for a night stay.
04: Kovalam - Quilon or Kollam
The next morning, after breakfast, you will be driven to Kollam. On arrival you are transferred to your hotel. After a traditional Kerala lunch visit the Mahatma Gandhi Beach and Thirumullavaram Beach. Savor an appetizing meal at night followed by an overnight stay.
05: Quilon or Kollam
Today, the Kerala Cultural Tour include the city sightseeing tour of Kollam; visiting the. Thangassery Light house, Ananda Valleeswaram Temple of Kollam, Pullichira Church and Chinnakkada Palli Mosque. Lunch will be served at an outside restaurant. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Kollam.
06: Quilon - Alleppey
On the sixth day of your Cultural Kerala Tour, embark on a Kettuvallam(the traditional houseboat of Kerala) and proceed to Alleppey. Spend the next 24 hours in your floating villa. The stay includes all three meals i.e. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
07: Alleppey - Periyar
On the 4th day, you reach Alleppey. Disembark the houseboat and later explore the town and temples. If you are a shopaholic buy some handicrafts products at Alleppey town. Thereafter, we move towards the next destination- Periyar. After reaching to the Periyar, we will assist you in transferring in the hotel. By late afternoon visit the quiet coastal village and coffee plantations.
08: Periyar
Your Kerala cultural tour also includes a wildlife exploration at the Periyar National Park. Morning go for a short jungle safari. Come back to the hotel in the afternoon and have lunch and relax for the day. Evening enjoy a fabulous sunset cruise on the beautiful Periyar Lake.
09: Periyar - Munnar
On the 6th day of the Kerala tour you will drive towards Munnar. Reaching upon, halt at a hotel or a resort. You are free to relax for the rest of the day or you can explore the town. Transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
10: Munnar
The day is marked to explore Munnar. After breakfast visit the lush tea gardens, Mattupetty Lake and Indo-Swiss Diary project. Post lunch, you will explore the temples of Munnar. Spend the night at the hotel and pamper yourself with some Kerala cuisine.
11: Munnar - Cochin
Your Cultural tour packages to Kerala will take you to Kochi city today. Check into a hotel upon reaching. Rest of the day explore the city by visiting the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing nets. Also visit the local handicrafts centre. Enjoy the evening cultural programme at the cultural centre. For dinner, savor unique Kerala cuisine to soothe your taste buds before a night stay.
12: Kochi - Departure
Your Kerala tour to the most exotic destinations comes to and end. After a good breakfast check out from the 5 Star Kerala hotel and we transfer you to the airport / railway station.
