Kerala with Hoysala Architecture Tour

Kerala Temple Architecture Go Heritage India Journeys weaves this Kerala with Hoysala Architecture tour tailoring visit to the some of the historic destinations of God’s Own Country along with Hassan district in Karnataka which is the home of Hoysala style of architecture. This Kerala tour will be including an enthralling experience of traveling to the famous historical spots in Kerala and will be extended to the neighbouring state as well.

Highlights of the Tour

01: Arrive Trivandrum
As you arrive at Trivandrum airport you will encounter the first experience of heart warming Indian hospitality as our representative will welcome you with meticulously planned itinerary for Kerala with Hoysala Architecture tour. Thereafter you will be transferred to the hotel for overnight stay. Afternoon, you will visit the Padhmanabhaswamy temple, Napier Museum and Chitra Art Gallery.
02: Trivandrum - Quilon - Alleppey - Kumarakom
The morning of this day will begin with a delectable meal and will be followed by another journey to Quilon of Kollam. On arrival board the traditional houseboat. On arrival at Alleppey, drive towards Kumarakom. Take your backwater resort. Full day at leisure.
03: Kumarakom - Cochin (85 Kms-02 Hrs)
On the 3rd day of a Kerala tour guests will begin the day with a morning meal served in the hotel. Thereafter accompanied by our representative guests will begin a drive to the next destination Cochin. The afternoon will be marked for an extensive tour to Kochi which includes Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Net, Cochin Harbor, Jew town and Fort Kochi. The traditional Kathakali dance beings in the evening and continues nightlong, thereafter return to the hotel for overnight stay.
04: Cochin - Thrissur (Trichur) (80 Kms-02 Hrs)
At Cochin, post breakfast back at hotel, Kerala guests will pack their bags for another exhilarating journey to Thrissur. On arrival you will be immediately transferred to the hotel where the afternoon will be marked for a sightseeing tour to the Cheruthuruthy, Kerala Kalamandalam, temple of Kozhimamparambu Bhagavathy, the Cheruthutruthy Mosque and St. Thomas Church. Evening return to the hotel where you will stay for the night.
05: Thrissur - Kozhikode (Calicut) (145 Kms-03 Hrs)
After breakfast today, you will explore the Thrissur town and its monuments and later will move towards Kozhikode. At Kozhikode check into the hotel booked previously by our tour operator for your stay in the city. Evening visit the Kappad beach or Kozhikode Beach. Return to the hotel for the night stay and dinner.
06: Kozhikode - Kadavu (15 Kms-30 minutes)
Today, on the sixth day of your Kerala tour, you will leave the hotel after breakfast and explore the travel attractions in Kozhikode. Visit the Pazhassirajah Museum, Art gallery, Thali temple, Beypore Wood market. Thereafter guests will be flying to the next destination- Kadavu Resort. At Kadavu you will be welcomed by our representative and will be accommodated in a hotel for overnight stay.
07: Kadavu - Nagarhole (150 Kms-05 hours)
This day of your tour to Kerala, will begin with a delectable meal which will kick start a refreshing day full of excitement at the river Chaliyar. Then you will be driven to Nagarhole in Karnataka.
08: Nagarhole
Breakfast; enjoy a coracle ride on the Kabini River. Thereafter take a short journey to the stunningly picturesque Nagarhole National Park. A trip at the forest will be a very refreshing one and guests will return to their lodge in the evening for the night stay.
09: Nagarhole - Mysore (80 Kms-02 Hrs)
On this ninth day of Kerala Tour, you will be driven to Mysore. Later enjoy sightseeing tour of the city which include Chamarajendra Art Gallery, Krishnarajendra Dam-Brindavan Gardens, Maharaja's Palace, Chamundi Hills followed by a sumptuous lunch.
10: Mysore
Your day at Mysore will begin with a morning meal and will be followed by a sightseeing tour of the region. Explore here the Fort, Ranganathaswamy Temple, Daria Daulat Bagh, museums and paintings. The city sightseeing tour will be a great treat to the eye. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
11: Mysore - Coorg (100 Kms-02 Hrs)
On this eleventh day of your Kerala Tour Itinerary you will be driven ahead to Coorg. Enjoy a leisurely evening. Enjoy a sumptuous Indian feast and retire for the night at the hotel.
12: Coorg
Our twelfth day of Kerala with Hoysala Architecture tour will be spent in Coorg. You enjoy the various activities like trekking, golfing, angling or explore its natural wonders.
13: Coorg - Udupi (200 Kms-04 Hrs)
On this day of your Kerala tour you will be taken for a drive to Udupi. Pass after enjoying a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Afternoon, you will tour the temples of the town. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner and retire for the rest of the night at the hotel.
14: Udupi - Hassan (250 Kms-05 Hrs)
Post breakfast you will be driven to Hassan from Udupi. Enjoy a leisurely evening. Stay overnight at Hassan after enjoying a sumptuous dinner at the hotel.
15:Hassan (Sightseeing of Hoysala Architecture) - Bangalore (185 Kms-03 Hrs)
Enjoy a half day sightseeing tour in Hassan. Visit Belur and Halebid. Later you will be driven to Bangalore. Enroute stop at Shravanabelagola. After your long trip return halt at the hotel. Stay overnight at Bangalore after having a sumptuous dinner at the hotel.
16:Bangalore - Departure
After breakfast explore the gardens and temples of the city. In the evening you will transferred to the international airport for your flight to onward destination.
