Highlights of the Tour
01: Arrival at Trivandrum
Arrive at Trivandrum for your Kerala motorcycle tour. Our representative will welcome you whole heartily. On arrival take rest at the hotel. Later, embark on a city tour in the afternoon visiting the Padmanashyamy temple, Napier Museum and Chitra Art Gallery Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
02: Trivandrum
After a nutritious meal in the morning, kick start your journey by a sample ride to the villages of Trivandrum. Have lunch at outside restaurants. Overnight in Trivandrum.
03: Trivandrum - Kanyakumari - Trivandrum
After having breakfast, you will travel to Kanyakumari. First enjoy a cycle ride to Padmanabhapuram Palace which is 50 kilometers from Trivandrum. Once you reach Kanyakumari, relax for a while at the hotel. In the late afternoon you will visit thes Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Arman temple. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset view; thereafter return to Trivandrum for overnight.
04: Trivandrum - Ponmudi
As planned under this Kerala tour itinerary you will, driven to Neyyar Dam. After reaching, enjoy boating or sightseeing of crocodile farm and deer park. Later you will be driven to Ponmudi hill station. On arrival transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
05: Ponmudi - Varkala
After breakfast we start off on our cycle challenge to explore the Ponmudi hill station. Thereafter, you will be driven towards Varkala beach. Upon arriving at the hotel, you can erase you tiredness and enjoy hearty dinner.
06: Varkala
Morning after breakfast, visit the Vishnu temple and the meditation centre. In the afternoon laze off in the sand at Varkala beach. Enjoy sumptuous dinner and have a comforting overnight stay at the hotel.
07: Varkala - Kollam
On the 7th day of your Kerala tour, you will ride your cycle to Kollam; it is just 35 kilometers from Varkala. Upon reaching, take your hotel. Afternoon, visit the temple and the ethnic villages. Stay overnight at the hotels Kerala after enjoying a sumptuous Indian dinner.
08: Kollam - Kottayam
You will be taken to spice centre for some sightseeing after breakfast in your hotel. Thereupon board your exclusive houseboat that will quietly sail through the beautiful Kerala backwater canals all day, a tropical sojourn not to be missed. Disembark house boat at Kottayam for an overnight stay at the hotel.
09: Kottayam - Ettumanoor - Periyar
On day ninth of your Kerala tour, set out to your cycle expedition to the next destination Kanjirappalli. It is 53 kms from Kottayam. As you reach Kanjirappalli you visit Ettumanoor en route. Also visit the magnificent Mahadeva Temple, Pali, Church of St Thomas, Kodungoor and Ponkunnam. Then we proceed towards the Periyar wildlife sanctuary. You can opt for cycle ride or vehicle ride. On arrival, overnight at the hotel.
10: Periyar
Early morning after breakfast, set off to Periyar National Park. Enjoy a boat ride in Periyar lake for wildlife viewing. Afternoon with GHIJ guide enjoy Kerala spice plantation tour. In the evening, return to the hotel in Periyar for dinner. Stay overnight at the hotel.
11: Periyar - Munnar
After early Morning breakfast you will be heading to Munnar along the beautiful winding road. Halt at Nedumandam for lunch (40 kms from Periyar). We then move along the road and reach Munnar. At Munnar you will be accommodated in the hotel booked previously by our Kerala tour operator.
12: Munnar
On this day of your Kerala motorcycle tour, begin your morning with an appetizing meal. Rest at the hotel till afternoon. Evening visit the Mattupetty Dam and the Indo-Swiss Diary Project. You can also explore the beauty of the sprawling tea gardens and spice plantation. Return back to hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
13: Munnar - Kochi
Today, you will be driven to Kothamangalam which is around 79 kilometers from Munnar. After lunch, proceed to Kochi. You can choose between travel via cycle or other vehicle to reach Kochi.
14: Kochi
Begin your next day with a fresh and energizing breakfast. Afternoon sightseeing includes the Dutch palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets and Cochin harbor. You can also walk down the local markets. Overnight at Kochi.
16: Alleppey - Trivandrum
This morning have a quick breakfast and set off for the airport to catch your onward bound flight. .
15: Kochi - Alleppey
The fifteen day of your voyage will begin with an appetizing breakfast. Thereupon, you will ride a bicycle to Alleppey. On reaching, check in your hotel room and relax. Later, visit the temples and nearby markets of the town. Experience a Kerala ayurveda massage therapy at the hotel with an overnight at Alleppey.
